Very accommodating! Abe in the Service Department steered me away from fixing my car to avoid future problems with my transmission. Abe also recommended the salesman he used at Ferman Chevrolet. Marckell Johnson worked relentlessly to get a great trade in for my car that had a blown transmission. He was able to get me discounts to help absorb the amount that I owed on the car I traded in. He worked with the finance team before I came in to the dealership to test drive the vehicles I was interested in. While I was at the dealership he listened to my concerns and reassured me that he will do his best to get me in a dependable car at a great price. I was very leery of buying a car from a dealership. The experience I had with Ferman Chevrolet team has totally changed my perspective. Marckell listened to my needs and made me feel like a valued customer.
