I was born in Montgomery, Al. I am a US Army Vet, Drill Sgt. from Air Born 82nd. I love cooking and spending time with family and Grand kids. My military training has helped me in the automotive business. Mr. or Ms. Customer, I know that there are many people that you can purchase from, but I want you to know that I will make sure you have a great experience and get a fair deal too, but you don't have to take my word for it. Please search my name and my dealership to see what my other guest's / customers have said about working with me. Thanks

Vincent was there with me - every step of the way, when I arrived on the lot. He came to my assistance before I got out of my car. Vincent is a Professional and easy to talk to. I explained my situation and he understood right away. Markell made everything smooth sailing. The Accountant was quick and to the point. Thank you, Ferman Team. I told all my neighbors about the excellent service I received. I just love my new car. More

He treated myself, my spouse and Jordan with the utmost respect. We were not treated like a couple of women who didn't know what we were talking about. Buying a new vehicle was a big decision for us. We told Marckell what we were looking for and our price point. Marckell with his knowledge, attitude and sense of humor made our purchase of a 2016 Chevy Colorado fairly painless. All except for the payments I now have. LOL Marckell is an exceptional salesperson and everyone one we encountered at Ferman Chevrolet was very friendly and nice. Yes! I would recommend/refer people give Ferman a try. More

We we I purchased a 2015 Chevrolet Impala in February of 2017. This vehicle is a want for my household not a need. This was a extremely hard decision. We were very thankful our salesman was Marckell Johnson. Marckell Johnson took the time to listen to my husband and I. He explained everything to our understanding. He was honest with us. He had faith in our decision. Marckell is trustworthy to his words. Marckell is an asset to Ferman Cheverolet. Marckell represents old school customer service. Meaning.... A warm greeting, nice smile, patient, caring, truthful, compassionate, willing to make you happy how ever he is able, makes you feel like you are what matters and not the sale for the day! He is an all around people person which many could learn so much from his techniques. I give Marckell Johnson the highest star rating you can go because he is awesome all the way around. If you want Excellent Customer Service when shopping for a car ask for Marckell Johnson trust me you won't be disappointed. Thank you Markell for my car, I absolutely love it! By the way Chevrolet give Markell Johnson a raise! This gentleman goes above and beyond the expectations of his job. I recommend Ferman Chevrolet to any one who is looking to purchase a solid ride which I feel is a Chevrolet. Sincerely,M&B Sorgenfrei. More
