Ridiculously AWESOME! Let me start by saying 5 stars isn’t enough! I can honestly say that before I walked in this dealership I was already ready for the turn-down. Due to Let me start by saying 5 stars isn’t enough! I can honestly say that before I walked in this dealership I was already ready for the turn-down. Due to my fresh bankruptcy, I was turned down and turned away because of dealerships wanting $6000 or more on a down payment😳, I do understand their reasoning however there was no way in this lifetime I could even dream of such a high down payment. However the moment I walked in the door the atmosphere was very welcoming and comforting. My Sales Person was Marckell Johnson and he totally blew my mind! Remember I just had a fresh bankruptcy, BUT with Marckell on the scene, I totally had forgotten about the bankruptcy, I didn’t had to jump through no hoops, in fact Marckell made the whole transaction very transparent and although I had originally came there to buy a 2002 Buick Rendezvous thinking that was all I would be able to get, Marckell had something better in mind, I had to polish up my faith! I drove away with a 2015 Kia Sportage very low miles and plenty of space, exactly what I was looking for. Thank you to Ferman Chevy Family, Special Thank you to Marckell Johnson for going over and beyond to restore my faith and listening to what I wanted. You Rock! More
