When we arrived at the Ferman dealer on Brandon Blvd we were met by Marckell Johnson at the steps of the facility. Marckell not only found us the truck we wanted but he seamlessly made the transactions of were met by Marckell Johnson at the steps of the facility. We had an appointment later that day and could not finish transacting the deal so Marckell even came back in on his day off to accommodate our schedule to wrap things up.
