Incredible staff and experience. Purchasing my car at Garden State Honda was one of the most pleasurable experiences I've ever had. I called on a whim to test drive a higher level Purchasing my car at Garden State Honda was one of the most pleasurable experiences I've ever had. I called on a whim to test drive a higher level Civic trim on the lot. Typically, this car doesn't go out for rides, though Jerry Perez at the dealership didn't hesitate to invite me in for a drive. Within minutes I knew I wanted the car, but it would be almost a month until I could commit to a purchase. Jerry arranged to hold the car in a private showroom, where it remained, off limits to other clients, for nearly a month. Over the course of a few weeks, we kept each other updated via text and calls. There was never a hint of impatience or regret on Jerry or GSHs part, and they happily obliged my timeline, questions, concerns and unexpected visits to the dealership. When the day finally arrived, Jerry's financial colleague, Marco Cabrera, was equally professional in explaining my options, comparing financing offers from outside institutions, reviewing warranty plans and streamlining the entire purchasing process. Jerry and another salesman were patient and thorough going over the interior and safety features of the car before sending me off in a new ride. As mentioned above, the entire experience was a pleasure: seamless, friendly, and understanding, with guidance when needed, but never an upsell or add-on. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Jerry Perez if you're interested in a Honda, but I don't have a doubt in my mind the entire staff of Garden State Honda is comprised of elite professionals. More
