Using AI to communicate with customers sucks. I was emailing with what I thought was a human for 3 hours, trying to get an estimate for my trade in. I got frustrated and texted a salesperson who I was emailing with what I thought was a human for 3 hours, trying to get an estimate for my trade in. Quick and easy. Outlined what I would like to have done and ready upon arrival so time would be limited at dealership. All was ready to go upon arrival .
