I have a been a loyal customer, we have several BMW in the household and service at Pacific BMW is just weak, they forget to follow up with customer concerns for repairs, they changed wipers without aski the household and service at Pacific BMW is just weak, they forget to follow up with customer concerns for repairs, they changed wipers without asking the customer. Work wasn’t completed as agreed. No accountability or effort to rectify the issue. Yet, there was great effort to propose thousands of dollars in repairs. Third time in a row I had problems with this dealership. First time I waited for 90 mins because they forgot I was there. Next I asked for my wipers to be replaced abs they didn’t do it and said they forgo First time I waited for 90 mins because they forgot I was there. Next I asked for my wipers to be replaced abs they didn’t do it and said they forgot. To bring it back another day. The last time I asked them to change my oil and my rep said it was fine and didn’t need a change. 2 days later my oil light went on and it needs a change. So now I have to take another day from work to drop my car off and be inconvenienced theses guys used to be great but went down hill about a year ago. More

Service was generally good. My only problem was a part that they ordered. It seems BMW sent BMW the wrong part, and I waited over 3 weeks and I am still waiting for that part. Very frustrating…..BMW Pacific said they would call me when correct part arrived. Its been over 2 week and they still havent called me. I dont know, maybe I should have gone to another BMW dealer More
