As always, service was professional, friendly and prompt. I really like the inspection video that they provide. They are always transparent and it’s very apparent how much the service department cares about I really like the inspection video that they provide. Bad experience. The service department could not answer any of my basic questions like “when will my car be ready” or “what service is recommended.” I had to constantly be the proactive one and call and te any of my basic questions like “when will my car be ready” or “what service is recommended.” I had to constantly be the proactive one and call and text Marco to get any info. The service department failed to identify $3000 worth of repairs that I had to do at another bmw repair center onlu 1 week after Pacific BMW was supposed to have done. Will not be returning here for future service. More

Emergency Service X3 stopped on the 110, BMW got it towed to Pacific. They found a loaner for my wife to get home, sent a video update of what was wrong, fixed it quick X3 stopped on the 110, BMW got it towed to Pacific. They found a loaner for my wife to get home, sent a video update of what was wrong, fixed it quickly. Great work! More

All the staff was friendly and efficient. Even with covid they seemed to have a system that kept everyone safe and distanced. I waited over 30 minutes for my car to be brought down to me by the Porter after I had already paid my invoice. People waiting after me had already left. Only after yelling at the staff, my car was fetched me by the Porter after I had already paid my invoice. People waiting after me had already left. Only after yelling at the staff, my car was fetched. My BMW lease is up in 1 month. Needless to say, not leasing another so I don’t have to waste my valuable time in the service line. Worst most frustrating experience. And I paid $317 for a simple oil and filter change. You would think I would have been afforded better customer service. What a waste of time and energy! More
