Very pleased with the service. My car was done the same day. Everyone was very polite and professional. I felt very comfortable with how careful everyone was given the COVID situation. Very accommodating for servicing dates and times. The staff were very helpful, especially during the virus pandemic, for checking in the car and receiving a rental car and keeping everything safe and pro staff were very helpful, especially during the virus pandemic, for checking in the car and receiving a rental car and keeping everything safe and protecting all of us. Being an older client, they also helped me maneuver through the whole process using your phone. The service was done quickly and efficiently and I appreciated having the car cleaned from top to bottom, in and out. Hats off to my service representative, Marco, who always does an exemplary job working and helping me out. More

You get video messages from the technician working on your car to explain exactly what is being done and if they find anything unexpected. Very cool feature that adds transparency to a typically opaque process. Wonderful measures have been taken during the pandemic so you don't actually need to go in to get your car serviced. More

Service was ok except for the fact that I wanted windshield wiper blades replaced because they were smearing. They were replaced in January but did not hold up and needing replacement. Rep checked with her service manager and he refused to do it. Very disappointing since we purchased the added service plan that covers this. I was told replacement only once a year. Not acceptable. Will consider other brands because BMW is nickeling and diming customers More

Overall service is exceptional. I love that the technician working on your car send you a video of what was worked on. The only issue is that check in takes such a long time. The person who ends up helping you is not the person that you were scheduled with. Other than that everything was Great. For most part everyone was very professional in service with the exception of someone working in parts whom did not seem to possess knowledge when ask questions. More
