Everyone is very nice, I had Marco. He was great, very attentive with the queue of my car and asking if I wanted a loaner. When it was time for me to pick up my car, my keys were no where to be found, fin attentive with the queue of my car and asking if I wanted a loaner. When it was time for me to pick up my car, my keys were no where to be found, finally we found them in Marco's office. This wasn't a big deal, but we spent about 15 minutes looking when it should have been at the front for me to pick up with my paperwork. I was told initially that I would have my tire pressures reset. This was not done, I asked the Valet guys to help with that. Again, not a big deal but minor things that shouldn't have happened. - This was my first time being serviced there. But overall great. :) More

The car after getting serviced was supposed to have gotten washed. But my car came back to me in the exact same condition I had left it in. They did not bother cleaning the interior at all, and did not gotten washed. But my car came back to me in the exact same condition I had left it in. They did not bother cleaning the interior at all, and did not even bother to leave the paper on the floor of the front seat that covers my mats. By far the worst service I’ve received by Acura. More
