No pressure Pleasant people in every aspect of the purchase. Extended courtesies wherever they could. Presented options clearly Spent quality time showing us the features AFTER we bought the vehicle Made available easy to ask follow up questions for later on after we’ve driven the car and might not know how to use certain features. Programmed our phones to the car as we wouldn’t have known how to do that. More
