I purchased a 2012 Toyota Tacoma and the interior door panels were chewed by a dog. When I pointed this out to the sales manager he said he would replace them. Buying my vehicle was pretty easy. Didn't actually take that long either. Now,the vehicle needed an oil change, which they offered free of charge the following day. Took it in, dropped my keys off with that long either. Now,the vehicle needed an oil change, which they offered free of charge the following day. Took it in, dropped my keys off with the guy I worked with buying the vehicle... And they lost my car. 3hrs of waiting, just to be told they have no idea what I was talking about in the service center. A gentleman behind the counter and myself had to walk the whole garage bay to find my car, which by the time we walked up, was only just finishing its oil change. Would buy again, but will NEVER go for service. More

They never went over the amounts in the sale, they overcharged me $500 and I new nothing about licensing and fees. My experience was terrible and I’ll never buy a car there again, and in a few years I overcharged me $500 and I new nothing about licensing and fees. A great experience on all levels. Found one of your vehicles on internet late at night. Spent some time looking at you inventory. I received a timely call next morning from your representative. Timely because I was debating whether the 2&1/2 hr trip from Syracuse NY was worth it. She connected me to salesman who gave me a range for trade in value of my vehicle. He hit my markers, I made the trip and drove home that afternoon very satisfied in my new vehicle. Great salesrep ( Scott Higgins) and helpful organization.
