I had a couple problems. First when I purchased the car the I told salesperson I would have to transfer funds and and it would take about 2 days for the check to clear. He told me they would hold the check the I told salesperson I would have to transfer funds and and it would take about 2 days for the check to clear. He told me they would hold the check but it was deposited the next day which incurred a $ 35 dollar charge to me. I called the salesperson and said I would be reimbursed for that it their mistake but I never got a call back I also received the car with tire pressures At 56 should be 32 More

I do my research on Long Island then call Joe, and we always make a deal. Max Borden was great also. I received a follow up call about my review from Mary Jo Preni. I told her of my issues with paperwork as well as the bed compartment door was missing. She informed me that Max would call. He never did. That will not impact my next purchase. I always recommend friends and family to Toyota of Scranton. More
