I was not told about the dings in my car and I was pressured to buy the seat protectors and the lo jack. I tried to cancel and they said it was too late. Service department is awful. Director of service Curt doesn't keep his word and his whole service department doesn't solve problems. They create problems and fix things half way. They swear up and down that they have the best mechanics. Nope. There is not one union or master ram certified mechanic there. Ask them to see certificates and certification of the mechanic that's working on your vehicle. They can't produce it. They can't even call you to give you a daily or weekly update.
