Marcos Estrada was very rude to me . I had a special to have my oil changed and a tire rotation for 39.95 . He refused to rotate my tires. He was claiming my car has dry rot. A short time ago I took my vehicle to another auto shop. I asked them to check my tires, they told me I still have thousands of miles left on my tires. They said I do not need to purchase new tires. Marcos Estrada was trying to make me purchase new tires. I paid 39.95 for the special and didn’t receive the special offer , they charged my oil only . Not long ago I went to Nissan with another special .This time the person took my car out back, left it there for awhile. Then came into the waiting room and said your car is ready. This special cost me over 80 dollars. I went back and reported that nothing was done to my car and I paid over 80 dollars. I was given three free oil changes for paying over 80 dollars to have my car put out back and no work done on my car . I wanted my money back but only was given three oil changes and I never used any of those free ones. I will never be scammed by Raceway Nissan again. I never will go back to Raceway Nissan again ! More

If I have an appointment, the service should be provided at that time, not three to four hours later. On a previous appointment I have been scolded for bringing the car in early, but I am not sure why that at that time, not three to four hours later. On a previous appointment I have been scolded for bringing the car in early, but I am not sure why that matters as despite my scheduled appointment, you seem to "get to it when you get to it" with no sense of urgency, even if the customer is sitting there waiting all day. If parts need to be ordered and brought in from elsewhere, then when I am asked if I want the parts I should be told this and the wait time. This time I was asked if I wanted replacement filters and told the cost, but was not told they were not in stock. Hours later when I asked on the status I was told they were being brought in from another location and it would be another 15 minutes. It was not. I ended up cancelling the order and leaving. Had I know it would take that long I would not have agreed to have the filters replaced. More
