Marcos Gonzalez was very knowledgeable and very patient with me in explaining how all the various technologies worked and how to operate them. He also took time to fumigate the car after I had already brou with me in explaining how all the various technologies worked and how to operate them. He also took time to fumigate the car after I had already brought it home because it was infested with ants both on the inside and outside of the car. He also brought me a cord charger that worked with my cell phone and paid for it with his own money. I have bought a minimum of 4 new cars in my lifetime and Marcos is by far the most caring and helpful of all the salesmen I have ever worked with and believe he is a real assets to the Naples Mazda Dealership. Great job Marcos!! More

Being a former Controller at a auto dealership, I'm appalled that this dealership had the nerve to try to charge me an extra $5,475.00 on a used vehicle that had 31,000 miles on it. Sales guy, Marcos, mislead us about the "lifetime power train warranty". Said it was included then later said it came at a small price of almost $3,000. Finance (Chad) completely left out the fact that we train warranty". Said it was included then later said it came at a small price of almost $3,000. Finance (Chad) completely left out the fact that we could get a lower interest rate if we waited for all the banks to post, but wanted to rush us out of there so fast so we ended up getting a whole percent higher (7% versus 5.94%). Only for them to call us and ask us to come back and sign documents so they could get their kickback for the lower rate. Didn't include any documentation on our lifetime power train warranty, had to get that in writing separately after being on the phone for over an hour again. Dealer has no paperwork to provide on the warranty either. Very shady. Also completely tried low-balling our trade in by thousands. To list it for exactly what KBB recommended. Absolutely will not use again. Glad we got our car and got out of there. I have never been so disappointed in a dealership. More
