Posner Park is an excellent dealership and I highly recommend them. Ken Felton was professional and courteous and no high pressure tactics. my husband and I recently visited posner park dodge we had heard good things about them so I decided to check them out..when I called to make an appointment I spoke to ahmed rogers.....when we finally cam had heard good things about them so I decided to check them out..when I called to make an appointment I spoke to ahmed rogers.....when we finally came into the dealership ahmed was not pushy about any vehicles which me and my husband loved that they did an appraisal on our vehicle and gave us what we wanted for it...they worked very hard to get us the deal that we wanted and the payments that we wanted... we also talked to louie macri he was awesome he didn't pressure us to put any money down and he worked very hard for two days to get us the deal that we wanted....we bought a 2013 dodge avenger and I love my new car....and then 2 weeks later we went back to the same dealership and went only through ahmed and louie and they worked a deal to get my husband a new 2013 ram 1500...they have been awesome and our finance manager was marcos vargas for both vehicles and he was very up front and honest about everything and he answered every question that we had and was very friendly....this dealership has a very comfortable environment and they are out to help the customers and they will get you into a vehicle.....if I ever decide to trade my car in I will DEFINITLY go back to posner park dodge..... when you go to the dealership ask for ahmed... More

My husband and I have been searching for a while now for a Heavy Duty truck to replace the one we had (2002 Chevy 2500HD). We drove over an hour and a half (81 miles) to look at a used Chevy 2500HD they ha a Heavy Duty truck to replace the one we had (2002 Chevy 2500HD). We drove over an hour and a half (81 miles) to look at a used Chevy 2500HD they had on their lot. Right when we pulled in Cowboy came out to greet us and 5 minutes later had us on the road test driving the truck. I wasn't impressed with the design of the cabin but my husband liked it. So I asked Cowboy to get us a trade in quote on our truck. While roaming around waiting (took about 10 minutes to get the trade in value), I noticed a brand new Dodge they had for sale that was marked down. Long story short, we bought the new Dodge instead. What impressed me most were four things. 1. We never felt pressured by Cowboy to buy anything and he was extremely knowledgeable about trucks; Ford, Dodge, Chevy; diesel, gas, etc. We learned a lot from him and it was honest information that sometimes made the truck he was trying to sell us look unfavorable. But he wanted us to know everything we could possibly need to know before we bought something. He is one of the best sales reps I've ever worked with. 2. The Financing Manager was fantastic. When he presented the loan rates to us and I wasn't satisfied, he spent another hour working with various banks to get it lower. When the payments weren't where I wanted them, he never made us feel uncomfortable. He passed the hour with us by talking about various things, joking around, and making the whole experience not so bad (I won't say enjoyable because buying a car never is!). 3. These guys don't just throw a trade in number at you. They took the truck for a drive, looked it over from top to bottom, pulled a Carfax report, and gave us the 2nd highest figure we'd been given so far. It made me feel better about the used cars they are selling (even though I didn't buy one) since I know they did their homework before taking it in on trade. 4. The price we paid for this truck (before trade) was the lowest I've seen so far and the lowest I can find on the internet after. I feel confident we bought a fantastic truck at a fantastic price! I would and will recommend these guys to ANYONE looking to buy a new car. It was worth the drive all the way around! More

My wife and I first visited the dealership when we saw a used vehicle that we wanted information about. We were approached by Connie Bennett who was friendly but "laid back". This lady was not pushy, but extremely helpful and treated us with great respect. We test drove 2 used cars and chose a Hyundai Sonata. Connie seemed quite capable and informative during our "negotiations" with the manager, Tony Reeves. We expected to be pressured about the price, but found Tony to have the same approach as Connie. We left that day without making a purchase because we couldn't get together on price. We returned today because of the great treatment we received on the first visit and were successful in putting a deal together. This is the first time in a very long time that we have been in a car dealership where all the people involved in the process treated us with such a high level of courtesy and respect. When we tried to do the deal on the first visit and were unable to, we left the dealership with our dignity intact. We returned because of the great customer service we were shown the first time around. I would highly recommend this dealership and it's staff, particularly our sales rep, Connie Bennett and the manager, Tony Reeves. More

Well I was just looking for a car with my son and met Cowboy as I slid toward a Black 2500 Diesel truck and low and behold it was marked down alot. So I talked them about a trade and then we let it go with no sales pressure. Cowboy checked in with me about making a deal the next day, then the I called back to try to make a deal over the phone and we were close enough to drive 150 miles to see if we could finish the deal and within a short time we struck a deal we both were happy with. I am not sure if I can find any words to describe this dealership and the people working there. All I can say is, GREAT is an understatement. They went above & beyond GREAT. We were upside down on our car dealership and the people working there. All I can say is, GREAT is an understatement. They went above & beyond GREAT. We were upside down on our car loan and owed more then the car was worth. Our old car had 113,000 miles on it and was nickel and diming us very month with car repairs. Cindy in service recommended we talk to one of their salesmen about trading the car in. That week we went in and talked to Lee Gettling we found a 2010 Dodge Caliber with 24,195 mile on it for $14,000. It was late and the dealership was closing. So we give them all our info and said they would have this all worked out and ready to go the next day. The next day at 11 am I got a phone call from the dealership, your all set just come in and sign and drive. So we went in that day and to your surprise they were able to get my car payments to fit my budget and even paid off the old loan. Then Marcos Vargas said, I have a big surprise for you, you now have 100,000 mile bumper to bumper Warranty and Maintenance packages with 8 free oil changes & tire rotations. You know longer have to worry about car repairs or Maintenance expenses for a very long time. We even left the dealership with a full tank of gas at no charge. We visited several Dodge/Chrysler dealers in the central Florida area when it became time to replace our then 2005 Grand Caravan with a newer and lower mileage van. We settled on Posner Park because of the excellent and exemplary service from salesperson Tony Ortiz. Tony was not at all pushy, he communicated extremely well was friendly and gave us complete confidence that we were being treated with honesty and no tricks. Tony listened to what we were asking for and due to this showed us a range of vehicles to match exactly what we were asking for. Over the space of a few afternoons we looked at several different trim and year options, keeping Tony busy swapping vans between the 2 Posner Park dealerships. Due to his dilligent efforts he matched us up with just the perfect van and we came away very pleased with an excellent low mileage 2009 Town and Country 25th Anniversary Edition. We simply can not recommend Tony Ortiz highly enough ! (And certainly we will be asking for Tony when we are looking for a vehicle for our oldest son soon!) More
