I will never use W Columbia again for any service on my Range Rover. The techs caused an issue that was not pre existing & even after they finished repairing what they caused, it’s still not right. $1500 Range Rover. The techs caused an issue that was not pre existing & even after they finished repairing what they caused, it’s still not right. $1500 In service and the truck had to go back plus came back to me twice filthy & smelling like the shop. I have never experienced this horrible level of service in 9 years of Jaguar / Land Rover ownership. I will go completely out of my way to a different dealership in the future. I will never give this service dept another dollar. More

Credit reports were attempted to pulled without permission, nor notification. Side steps were ordered and paid for and when went to vehicle up, cheesy sidesteps were installed. Salesman should have permission, nor notification. Side steps were ordered and paid for and when went to vehicle up, cheesy sidesteps were installed. Salesman should have verified installation before advising vehicle readiness and me making 40 minute trip (one way) but didn’t! I advised GM I expect much better from a premier dealership. More
