Credit reports were attempted to pulled without permission, nor notification. Side steps were ordered and paid for and when went to vehicle up, cheesy sidesteps were installed. Salesman should have permission, nor notification. Side steps were ordered and paid for and when went to vehicle up, cheesy sidesteps were installed. Salesman should have verified installation before advising vehicle readiness and me making 40 minute trip (one way) but didn’t! I advised GM I expect much better from a premier dealership. More

Great communication. Great service. Comfortable lobby with Wi-Fi. I was informed the entire time with the process of the repair. I was also alerted as to the cost ahead o Great service.
