I am not satisfied with the deal I received. I am continually finding things cosmetically wrong with the vehicle. The salesperson was not even willing to entertain the idea of discussing the price. Takes your keys and holds them to keep you there as long as possible. Added predelivery fee of $895 to advertised price of car which is against Fl state law. No price sticker on car. Lies about trade in value and hides it in initial summary page. Sells Service agreements and Maintenance agreements as "Bumper to Bumper Warranty" and tells you it is interchangeable. initially Tries to sell you a higher finance rate. Inflated the borrowed amount to the bank . by rolling all the numbers, including your deposit and trade in. Complete "Stealership" ! Filed several complaints to BBB , FTC since they will not reply to my emails. BUYER BEWARE. More
