Rich told me more about the car than any other salesperson I had encountered. He did so with a sense of humor, which was refreshing at the end of a long day. I bought that car. I thought it was so cool that he loaded my stereo with some music while I was in with finance. What a nice touch. Marcus Robbins was efficient, personable and professional. Immediately, we were impressed by his superior technical knowledge--he builds these cars--along with his patience, honesty, and sense of humor. It took several months before we were ready to make our decision. Patient and thoughtful, Rich equipped us with helpful knowledge along the way. We decided to lease and got a great deal! Rich says he builds relationships, and I can tell you it is true. When our lease is up, we'll go straight to Rich and not waste our time with competitors. Also, I should add that Marcus Robbins and the rest of the Audi Charlotte team have been true professionals.
