We live less than 5 minutes away from the other Charlotte area Audi dealer yet drive 35 mins to Audi of Charlotte for many reasons including Walter. He asked the right questions in a way that was very helpful to me and assisted me in figuring out what I wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the product and a lot of fun to spend time with.
