Tobias taught us how to operate the car and especially the infotainment and navigation system. He helped us sync our iPhone as well. He did a great job. I hope you get him as a sales rep! More

I wasn't sure about it, but from the minute we walked in, we were treated with great care. Our Brand Specialist, Rich, was very knowledgeable on the vehicles we test drove and answered all our questions. After coming from another dealership where we had an awful experience, this was a breath of fresh air! We didn't make a decision that day, but no other dealership was able to match the experience we had at Audi. It definitely wasn't the cheapest option, but Rich made us confident that we were making the right decision. When I went in to fill out the final paperwork, everyone in the process was fantastic-- from the finance guy to the tech guy! We would definitely recommend Audi of Charlotte! More

I showed up to OK his car choice, when Rich who was helping him with his car, showed me the same A5 sportback in my favorite color, blue. I figured a test drive wouldnt hurt so we took it for a spin. Wow, the car drove amazing and I felt no pressure from Rich, he just answered my questions and shared some cool features. Since I work in real estate sales, I enjoy a quality, no pressure sales experience. My brother and I both decided to go with the matching A5’s and Rich helped us thru the proccess. He checked in with me the next day to see how I was adapting and several more times over the next week. The whole experience has been fantastic and when we are ready to upgrade to our next Audi’s, I look forward to working with Rich from Audi Charlotte. More

Purchased new 2018 Q5 Prestige I entered the dealership with a ver specific list of 'must haves' and informed Greg that I was comparing the Audi Q5 to the BMW X3, MB GLC300, Volco X I entered the dealership with a ver specific list of 'must haves' and informed Greg that I was comparing the Audi Q5 to the BMW X3, MB GLC300, Volco XC90, and Jaguar F-Pace. My 'must have' list included all available safety and comfort (heated/cooled seats) features, and Greg did a great job of answering my questions comparing and contrasting the Q5 against the other brands. Greg was very professional and there was 'no pressure' to buy. I also appreciated the overall professionalism of the dealership staff, I would recommend Audi of Charlotte to my family and friends.
