New A6 I am hesitant to say I recommend the dealership because : - one greeting was: "what made you decide to buy form AUDI of Charlotte?" After bein I am hesitant to say I recommend the dealership because : - one greeting was: "what made you decide to buy form AUDI of Charlotte?" After being a customer for more than 20 years that remark was strange! - Although I had an appointment and was early, I had to wait 2 hours to finalize the"paperwork". - The sales pitch on extended warranties is confusing and out of touch, in my view. - Driving home, noticed the car had some issues with the brakes above 50 mph, so it went back to the dealership the next day. Would not expect that, otherwise I had test driven before. More

I don't know anyone who likes the experience of purchasing a car, especially a woman. Joe DeMatteo helped me select the last Audi which was a great experience. This time Richard contacted me directly and we exchanged voice messages, texts and a fax to show me some buying options before making an appointment to meet for the first time last Saturday. I arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment and while on my way out to look at the cars I asked Joel where the A4's were and I asked hime to walk over and show them to me. Since he reminded me of my favorite brother, I asked him if I could work with him. Actually, I insisted and he reassured me he would work it out with Richard. I tell you this because I have never seen such a stellar display of sportsmanship between the three men. Given my request potentially affected Richards opportunity to earn a commission, he was gracious and supportive. And, while negotiating the final deal, Joe offered a opportunity to purchase a car that was not yet on the lot. Each person demonstrated their commitment to keep me a happy customer while making the best deal possible. All this being said, you have an extraordinary team and I am thrilled with my experience at the dealership and thrilled with my new Audi. By the way, my husband was at the Lexus dealership working out his trade in and had no where near the wonderful experience I did. Thanks and I look forward to doing this again in three years! More
