After some confusion, Rich came over and said come with me, I’ll walk you through this. He showed me my options and that’s how I discovered I would get $24K+. Holy crap. He jumped through hoops for 10 days practically doing everything needed so I could get the $$. We test drove 10-12 cars, and I now have a brand new Audi with my Steeler plate installed by him. He’s the bomb....funny, capable, willing to do what it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. For a good time and a great experience, I HIGHLY recommend Rich. More
