Joel was very laid back and made it a personable experience. The dealership seems to be top notch and is very clean and comfortable. Haven't had any service yet so can't speak to that but I'm sure it will be great. A lot of the deal was handled via email so if I emailed Joel after his work day the sales manager was quick to reply with answers when Joel wasn't around. A real team effort I guess you could say. This was my first luxury car purchase and Audi of Charlotte made it a pleasant experience that I'm sure I will repeat in the future. Thank you. More

He treated me like a normal person and not just a customer.. My experience was very professional and personable at the same time. Eduardo helped me nail down the vehicle that best fit me (which ended up being an SQ5 rather than a Q7 or the S5 that I originally came in to test drive.) Eduardo made the process much easier than I expected or have been accustomed to from a dealership. I would highly recommend Eduardo and Audi of Charlotte to anyone looking for a premium vehicle.
