The part I was most impressed with was that when we went to sit in the cafe to discuss whether or not to buy the car, the salesman left us alone! His desk was a short distance away, but he respected our privacy and didn't try to "check-in" every few minutes to take our temperature. He also followed up with us on a couple of minor issues; things that many salespeople would have ignored since the sale had already been closed. They would not negotiate on the price, but to be fair on this particular "slightly" used car the price was already very good. We have no complaints and my wife loves her car. More
