Very quickly it became apparent that this car was getting the better of me and in a stunning "win me over " fashion I hadn't seen since buying my present Lexus LS430. So impressed with the Q5 yet needing something similar but a bit larger Rich introduced me to the Q7. Being a salesman for 30 years in commercial Real Estate I'feel like I've seen every coy approach to selling known to man. Rich was anything but and always the helpful gentleman we southerners have come to appreciate. The Q7 actually did all the selling but Rich was there to answer the many questions I had as I understand the car doesn't speak ...yet, but it does listen and provide safety sign language when being passed , driving too close , pedestrian walking by and on and on. Rich has excellent personnel to support him from Marcus Robbins in finance to Kyle the answer man 24/7. I've wanted an Audi since the college days when my roommate had a Fox , now we have two and couldn't be more satisfied. My Mercedes wagon had died and have always heard nothing but great things about I popped in to Audi of Charlotte on a gloomy rainy Sunday afternoon. My Mercedes wagon had died and have always heard nothing but great things about the Audi Q5. Rich Gouhin noticed me and although he was working with another customer, asked me to give him 5 minutes while rapping up and he would assist me. His approach to selling the Audi is a no nonsense one. He just let the car sell itself on a test drive. Rich is unlike most salesmen. He is intuitive, professional, friendly and knows his product inside and out. To say refreshing experience doesn't say enough! More

Ohhh What a Relief... Car shopping is my least favorite thing to do. However, I was pleasantly surprised by our experience at Audi of Charlotte. I have been used to deali Car shopping is my least favorite thing to do. However, I was pleasantly surprised by our experience at Audi of Charlotte. I have been used to dealing with The BIG Three Brands and let me tell you I hope I never have to go back to them. Leasing an Audi was a much more pleasurable experience. Maybe it was the fact that we had a very thorough and experience Salesman in Richard Gouhin. I had my wife go seek out exactly what she wanted after I gave her a budget and her last stop was Audi. Well she came home thrilled with what Richard had shown her. She went in looking at the Q3 and Q5 initially, but Richard knowing our budget wanted her to at least drive the A4. Well that really was all it took. He came out with a very good offer initially and after a simple conversation he came with with some tweaks. It didn't take forever like some people we dealt with along the way. He was fair from the start. The one thing that really stuck out to me was the fact that he wanted to stay involved even after the sale. He said call me before any hiccup becomes a real issue or just stop in from time to time to sat hi. Thats a guy who wants to build a long term relationship with his clients. Another thing I dread is going through Finance. I was used to a long and drawn out process, but Marcus Robbins made it very simple for us. He did all the things required of him, but didn't beat a dead horse and take up too much of our time. Very happy. Kyle Andes was also superb in showing us all the technology in the vehicle and how to use it. Richard did a great job with the overall bells and whistles, but Kyle came in like the frosting on cake and finished everything off. Great Job. Overall as long as the car doesn't give us any major complications I see us being an Audi Customer for life. Rich showed excellent experience and professionalism throughout the entire deal so we felt like we were in good hands. We know that a good dealer makes a huge difference in whether we will make a deal or not. Kyle Andes was also very helpful when it was time to learn more about the specific details of the Audi. More
