Quincy was very welcoming and answered all our questions and explained each vehicle as we test drove them. We decided on the Q3 and very happy with our decision. Usually purchasing a vehicle is very unpleasant experience. We were delighted to have such professional individuals to assist us. The whole experience was so pleasant compared to a normal car buying process. He was available, responsive, listened to what I wanted, didn't try to push me to get something I didn't want or couldn't afford, non-salesy. I wasn't pushed to buy the car right after my test drive. He sent me pricing by email as I requested and allowed me to complete some forms prior to coming in such that paperwork took less than 90 minutes. No surprises at all, everything was exactly as written/promised in material sent via email. Highly recommend! More

I zeroed in on a '17 Q5, and Walter walked me through the entire vehicle, showing me all of the features. His knowledge of the product was impressive. Once I made the decision that I wanted to move forward with purchase, he expeditiously gathered all of my information and made the process as smooth as possible. My experience with the Marcus Robbins in the finance department was equally as efficient. I have previous experience with the service department, and that had a lot to do with my decision to purchase at this dealer. Kenny Blackwelder is one of the best service providers I have ever encountered. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchase or for service needs. More
