I don't usually agree to anything before I have seen it let alone a pre-owned vehicle, but I took a chance. I flew in and arrived at the store and the vehicle was exactly as described to a T. I financed through the dealership and the finance process was super easy and very quick. Even though it was quick they took the time to make sure I understood everything and was 100% happy. They then spent time reviewing all of the options including offering to set up my phone etc. I would say this was a perfect buying experience from the beginning all the way through. Super happy that I bought a car through Lexus of Orland and would recommend them to anyone. More

Jimmy Mac, took care of the deal and made the “negotiation part” a very smooth, and haggle free process. He was straight forward and direct. Both employees showed me any and all documentation on the vehicle and let me see the comparables to prove that the car was priced with the market. Please Read - No Comparison To put this in perspective, Lexus of Orland came in $150 less per month on my new RX than other area Lexus Dealers AND took my existing lease from me. To put this in perspective, Lexus of Orland came in $150 less per month on my new RX than other area Lexus Dealers AND took my existing lease from me. Other dealers were only willing to pay my remaining lease payments, which would have left me with a Lease Term fee, damage and mileage overage to pay out of pocket. It's Lexus so you know the service and location is fantastic, but can't overstate how good the deal and overall experience was. More
