My sales rep, Marek was cheerful, respectful and very knowledgeable. He explained every little detail of what we worked on and thoroughly answered my questions about the car. I appreciate his positive spirit which made the unsettling process smoother. I will be recommending Lexus of Orland to my friends venturing upon a new car purchase. More

I was given a personal guided tour of each vehicle. He was extremely informative, knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Overall accommodating, I would give him a 10! Mark goes above and beyond requirements. If you are interested in a Lexus, he is the man you want to spend your valuable time with. I started with Tara Furst, online sales who does an excellent job in executing the experience. I ended with Martha Miller, Finance who ended my experience with humor and professionalism. For you women (and men) out there...Mark is the real deal, no pressure, accommodating, wants you to feel comfortable and informed. I highly recommend Mark. Barbara H. More

When I arrived the staff was curtious and quick to service me. My car was taken in for service and when finished I was informed about the wear and tear on my tires, and what I should watch out for in the months to come. I bought my first Lexus from this location and I absolutely love communicating with the staff along with shopping at the boutique. More
