Chris Kowalis is very helpful, a good listener, appears to be genuinely sincere, and is very pleasant to work with. Mike Bannos in Finance was also helpful and pleasant to work with. However, I have leased 2 vehicles since 2016, and just purchased my last vehicle (2019 ES 350) several weeks ago. 1st salesman for my initial 2016 ES350 was Marek O., though "pleasant", never even "once" heard from him, not even so much as a "how do you like your vehicle OR any referrals / friends or relatives interested / leads, any questions?", absolutely NOTHING. 2nd "salesman" for my 2019 ES350 was Sammie Scott, also pleasant, but EXACTLY - the same, and to think I went in the dealership and I chose HIM since I'd never heard from Marek, thinking I'd get a different salesman...there was NO difference and seemingly very little product knowledge each time. I ONLY came back because of Chris Kowalis who not only initially followed up with me after my first lease, but ALSO answered / returned Every Call I've made to him since 2016. More
