He went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable about what was available to lease. Well explained the details upon delivery of the features etc of the 2017 AWD Q60 Coupe. Adam in finance, was very informative in explaining the new lease financial commitment, and informed me of the additional options available through leasing from Infiniti. EVERYONE at Kelly Infiniti are so welcoming and willing to help in any way! I have had my 2014 Q60 Coupe, serviced at Kelly Infiniti since February 2016. Matt Shafman goes above and beyond! More

Painless Experience!!!! Originally went in to buy a new car and trade in old one. When we left we had a New QX50 ,low monthly payments and did not have to trade in our origin Originally went in to buy a new car and trade in old one. When we left we had a New QX50 ,low monthly payments and did not have to trade in our original car ! Did not have to take out a new loan either ! This worked out so much better for us. Peterson Charles was great to work with and knew his cars. The rest of the Infiniti Team was so nice and did not try to pressure us into anything extra,but informed us of our options. We have found our new Dealership ! Highly recommend the QX50 More

Kudos to Matt Shafman and the Administrative Staff I appreciate the service rendered by Matt Shafman when my wife and I bring our cars in for service. "Mr. Dave Petillo Exceeds All Expectations" Mr. Dave Petillo serviced our car in June 2016. He diagnosed a very difficult tire issue and resolved the problem.
