I will never return to this dealership. Their service is incompetent and completely unprofessional. The last two times I have been in for service have been a complete waste of time. First Their service is incompetent and completely unprofessional. The last two times I have been in for service have been a complete waste of time. First visit was for a standard scheduled servce/oil change. Three hours later the service rep notified me that the vehicle was ready. Upon starting my truck, I was greeting with brake warning lites. The tech apparently performed some recall work incorrectly. About 30 minutes later, my vehicle was finally ready. During the above visit, I ordered a set of tires for better traction. Note: the OEM 1500 tires are terrible after the first few thousand miles. I returned once the tires had arrived. I arrived before the dealership opened and was the first one taken by the service team. That was at 7:30a. At 9:30a I asked for a status only to be told the technician had put the directional tires on backwards. At 11:00a I asked again and was told 20 more minutes...at 11:45 I asked again only to be told the tech had not done the balancing and alignment correctly and it needed to be remedied. Again, each time, I needed to ask, I was never simple just kept informed. Finally the service manager came to me at 12:15 and said sorry for your trouble, your next oil change is on us...Well gee thanks. Still no truck though. Finally at 12:50 my truck was ready. I was quite clear with the entire service team that I would never return nor would I allow anyone in my company to purchase another vehicle from this dealership, even though it is less than 4 miles from our headquarters. I brought my truck to get an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted at the gate and escorted to a service rep where I was told the wait would be about an hour. I waited for my truck in the wa rotation. I was greeted at the gate and escorted to a service rep where I was told the wait would be about an hour. I waited for my truck in the waiting area where there were complimentary snacks, water and coffee. My truck was actually ready within the hour. I would definitely recommend the service department here. More
