Maria was there to greet me at the door and helped get my Highlander serviced for rear brakes. Very positive attitude and great customer service. She kept her word on the pick up time. I bought my car 2 years ago, always went Toyota for maintenance/oil change in every 5k miles. I just learned my car actually needs oil change in every 7.5K miles. The Fremont Toyota dealership is conveniently close to me though I have not had my Prius serviced here due to an unfortunate interaction with an arrogant service advisor many years ago. Perhaps the managemen though I have not had my Prius serviced here due to an unfortunate interaction with an arrogant service advisor many years ago. Perhaps the management and staff have changed because I was enticed to bring my car in for an oil/ filter change via an attractively priced coupon. Fortunately I chose Maria Castillo as my advisor: Maria was very courteous, polite and respectful from the moment we met, a fine example of everything a customer facing representative should be. She processed the intake documentation speedily and efficiently, threw in a courtesy car wash, and advised me of a potential recall issue of which I was not made aware by Toyota. The facility was clean and organized, with free coffee available for those waiting, the only thing missing was some reading material for those who don't want to keep their eyes glued to a smart phone. The car was ready promptly at the time promised and check out was hassle free. All in all a great, drama-free, experience. Kudos once again to Maria Castillo, she is an asset to the location. Highly recommended! More
