Dealerships get a bad rap, and most deserve it. I'm a local pastor who was working with a single, unemployed mom to get her car back on the road. Chevrolet of Walla Walla helped us to do that by discounting their normal rate. We called numerous times on Friday but no one answered the phone and we sent a text but no response. We called the dealership ( sales ) finally got to talk to someone in the service department about our c the phone and we sent a text but no response. We called the dealership ( sales ) finally got to talk to someone in the service department about our car to assure the maintenance had been completed so we could pick the vehicle up. A customer should not have to pressure the sales department to talk to the service department when we were told on Wednesday the vehicle would be ready on Friday but no time was given to us. We were trying to follow up to make sure the car was ready. The car runs great but customer service is everything. More
