BMW should be ashamed of themselves, but everyone at the dealership was great!! Especially Greg!!! My sales guy, couldn't even acknowledge me once. And I basically lived at the dealership. They made sure to warn the people who had the car 1st to bring it in before everything started going haywire and then turned around and sold it to me, with a straight face. To me that's criminal!! After all that BMW has put me through for the last 2 years the dealership had the audacity to charge me almost $5000 in storage or parking fees. How do you people sleep at night More
