The service is great as far as how they treat you but I was a little taken aback when I was told the service department could not figure out what was rattling in the door when I could figure it out in less was a little taken aback when I was told the service department could not figure out what was rattling in the door when I could figure it out in less than a minute. I did not communicate with anyone from service because my car was picked up by Tim Chestnut and taken to be serviced and a loaner was provided. More
