Maria is always very friendly and helpful. It’s a BMW dealership so yes, prices will be high but they know your car. I really appreciated the techs video showing what he found that was fine and showing dealership so yes, prices will be high but they know your car. My 2017 741, is my 12th BMW, and my best! Sarasota BMW is a terrific store, and Marie Lizardi is the best service rep I have ever had!!! She is always on top of all my maintenance needs. I received notification via my car's notification system as well as a call from BMW Sarasota that brake fluid service was due on the car. The service appointment was handled promptly and efficiently. I love working with Maria Lizardi. She’s responsive, understanding and trustworthy—important traits for a service department rep. Maria did all of the necessary leg work to get my extended warranty to understanding and trustworthy—important traits for a service department rep. Maria did all of the necessary leg work to get my extended warranty to cover as much as possible so my out of pocket expense was a fraction of what it would have been.
