I made an appointment online for a basic oil change. This was my first time at this dealership. When I arrived I was informed that they do not take appointments for waiting even though I did it on t This was my first time at this dealership. I was told that the wait would be three hours which seemed very excessive for an oil change. Nonetheless, I waited as it took me about 40 minutes to drive to the dealership. It was also somewhat difficult to get what the service price would be. Overall, the best client experience, but the technician seemed to do a very thorough job inspecting and providing a video of the M4. More
