I brought the car in to diagnose sound that a believed not road noise. I was concerned it might be bearings, rearend, etc. I texted the following day and received no reply. I called and got nobody in ser not road noise. I was concerned it might be bearings, rearend, etc. I texted the following day and received no reply. I called and got nobody in service, then tried to leave message, then found message box full.. Finally, I called I called the person who sold me the care. She got me connected to service. I was told the tires are cupped and making noise. I explained I asked for new tires when I bought the car and was refused because the tread wear was at least60%. Now, 10k miles later the tires are not so good. Worked up the management ladder I was refused any consideration.. Well, maybe they are right about the condition of the tires and they are not defective, but if that is so then the car has a defect. It might not be under warranty but the technician should have so advised what the problem might be. That did not happen and I think they just want me to disappear. It was a waste of two days of my time and I might not return. I will not waste more time explaining the car was not ready for pick up the next day I arrived. They waived the diagnostic charge. Well, I think that is best because the service was worthless. If they wanted to retain my business they would have offered to replace the tires at cost. No, they said to come back next month when tires will be on sale. I will not be returning. Note: My sales person is great! also note the Subaru navigation system is a worthless piece of crap. As of yet, we have not had our car serviced here and cannot rate them. We rated a 3 because when buying a CPO vehicle the dealership, at first, ignored a problem with a wheel hub and burned out beari cannot rate them. We rated a 3 because when buying a CPO vehicle the dealership, at first, ignored a problem with a wheel hub and burned out bearings, which we had brought to the attention of our sales person. We don't know if this was a problem originating with the service department or the dealership, Once resolved we proceeded to purchase the car. More

Always great service from any department at Subaru of Wakefield; we went in for maintenance for our year-old car and mentioned an intermittent issue with XM radio and service took the additional time to Wakefield; we went in for maintenance for our year-old car and mentioned an intermittent issue with XM radio and service took the additional time to address it!
