Wanted to say that I was able to speak to Albrecht (Wakefield) Subaru and discovered that my phone calls never reached management due to an outdated system from previous owners. Got an honest apology and explanation for my long wait. Convinced now that they actually care and wanted to make things right. I was wrong in my assessment and apologize to them for my views. So readers ignore my criticism.
