Maria Morales was very responsive from the moment she took my call, made a thorough video recording for me to look at the car before I drove to Cleveland, and answered many of my questions before I even took my call, made a thorough video recording for me to look at the car before I drove to Cleveland, and answered many of my questions before I even met her.
