Upon receiving news that our 2004 Honda Accord was not worth investing any more money into the vehicle my wife and I decided to begin shopping for a new car. We decided looking into a new Camry and began our search at the dealership we bought our last Camry( 2011 Camry LE=great car) in Raynham ( they had two Camrys in inventory). I read the reviews about the dealership ( specifically regarding added fees) and expected the same treatment = I was not disappointed. Upon leaving that place we decided to drive to Falmouth Toyota. I had reached out to them previously by email and Derek Ditmars responded stating the vehicle we inquired was available but has not arrived at the dealership. Arriving at the dealership my wife and I were greeted by Maria O'Neil who was a breath of fresh air!! She listened to our needs and concerns. Unfortunately our first choice 2023 Camry LE AWD was already taken but our second choice (in transit as well) was available a 2023 Camry SE! We requested numerous accessories as well for the new vehicle. Maria kept us informed throughout the whole process. Once the vehicle arrived Maria wanted us to view the vehicle to make sure we were completely satisfied (which we were).The day we arrived to finalize paperwork ( no added fees!!) all accessories were installed on the vehicle without a glitch! Shoutout to John O'Keeffe in finance who thoroughly explained all the paperwork and helped us with required forms for RI registration. We live in Rhode Island (45 miles away) but driving to Toyota of Falmouth is well worth it! Maria is a Gem in sales!!! No added fees, no pressure = smooth transaction!! Highly recommended!!! More

I received the email on a Friday evening, which includes recent additions to the Falmouth Toyota lot. I saw the 2012 Venza for a reasonable price. I contacted their Online Sales agent, Derek, to schedule a recent additions to the Falmouth Toyota lot. I saw the 2012 Venza for a reasonable price. I contacted their Online Sales agent, Derek, to schedule a test drive on Monday. Derek responded early Sunday morning asking what time would be best. Derek set a 1pm meeting with Maria. After the test drive I was convinced that it was a good value. Maria convinced me to leave a deposit. I had brought $1k in cash to show my commitment. As a USED car over 10yrs, there were not a lot of opportunities for bank loans. The Finance Mgr worked the numbers. A 4yr loan, less than 10% interest with a substantial down payment. They coordinated with my Insurance Agent and sent a Runner with my military DD214 documents and had VETERANS plates in three (3) days. I now have over 600 miles and waited a few weeks before posting this feedback. There were zero negotiations regarding the price. Truth be told, it was a reasonable price. I did take a 2nd test drive before signing papers. Needed to see if the 110lb Giant Schnauzer fit. Maria was very helpful in getting a trailer hitch mounted as part of the purchase for my Ebike rack. Connected with Mike on that matter via email. Texting with Maria was convenient and helped keep the process on track. Thanks Matt Murphy for a good team effort. More
