Poor. Expensive for what you got. $600+ dollars of routine service and multipoint inspection, etc, yet they left the screws out that hold the plastic cover on the bottom of the car und $600+ dollars of routine service and multipoint inspection, etc, yet they left the screws out that hold the plastic cover on the bottom of the car undercarriage off so had to return the next day. poor service but good communication thanks for repair of sensor. But dept. determined my window tint was code violation and refused to pass nys inspection. so i went to a local shop wh thanks for repair of sensor. But dept. determined my window tint was code violation and refused to pass nys inspection. so i went to a local shop who said the 2 rear tires were worn and suspension needed repair. got the tires and will repair suspension soon. would have been nice if service dept uncovered this, when driving on subpar tires is quite dangerous when commuting to the bronx. no bueno. More
