Hello, My name is Mariano and I have been working with Paragon Honda for 4-years as a Sales Professional in the New Car Showroom. With a previous background in sales, I am a 2017, 2018 and 2019 Gold status member for Honda’s Council of Sales Leadership. Also, first person to achieve Platinum Council of Sales at Paragon Honda. I am a firm believer in driving what you sell, and for this reason I drive a Honda Accord and have owned numerous Hondas throughout my lifetime! However, it wasn't a lost cause. The general manager chimed in the same night over email to tell me he was sorry to hear about my experience and him being true to his word - honored the initial deal over the phone from the night before. It's nice to see that they were proactive on fixing the problem. More

Overall Great Experience After some miscommunication and misunderstandings, I voiced my concern to the GM Brian. He responded within minutes of my email even at 11pm and apolo After some miscommunication and misunderstandings, I voiced my concern to the GM Brian. He responded within minutes of my email even at 11pm and apologized. He promised to resolve the situation first thing the next day. He called me personally and as promised he made sure my friend and I both got the deals we were promised. We finalized the deal the next day. We both got great deals on great cars and the rest of our experience at Paragon was exceptional. Brian, Mariano, and Ariel made sure of it. It is hard to find a dealership that will go out of it's way to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. Brian, the GM, was honest, transparent, and kind. Mariano was professional and made sure the rest of the transaction went smoothly. He eveb called me the day after I picked up the car to make sure there were no issues. Thank you again! More
