I was fine until I got my bill for routine service. I developed sudden drop in core temperature, excessive heart rate and shortness of breath. Staff was very nice. Eric tried very hard. I was at the dealership a little longer than anticipated. Adding a car wash and wax plus the oil change and tire rotation exten Eric tried very hard. I had purchased a maintenance agreement and when checking out, I was informed it was expired. I paid full price for everything and was charged an additional 3% because I used a credit card. This oversight is my fault but it made me sad. I live 40 miles from the dealership and it is not convenient. More
