In July 2019, I leased (and later purchased) a brand new Wrangler Sahara JLU at this dealership. Now that my prepaid maintenance plan is expired, I am happy to never ever go there again. Even with the prepa Wrangler Sahara JLU at this dealership. Now that my prepaid maintenance plan is expired, I am happy to never ever go there again. Even with the prepaid maintenance plan, they would recommend services that were so basic, and sometimes I would agree. The price quoted always was more, sometimes hundreds more. One time I was charged for a brake clean, fuel injector clean, and some other very basic services, and it was like $800. The worst part of this dealer experience was when my new Wrangler with only 26000 miles started running rough and the check engine light came on. Their service dept could not diagnose properly, ended up replacing the engine under warranty, which took 2 months, and they were not communicative, no loaners, and I was leasing at the time, paying the lease with no car. Never even got a free car wash like other dealers do, after spending thousands of dollars of their inflated service charges. I also have a friend that had a similar experience with her Grand Cherokee here as well. There are 3 other CDJ Dealers less than 45 minutes drive from this dealer, I recommend going to Rockland, Ramsey or Teterboro. This place is only for people who enjoy getting ripped off! More

BUYERS BEWARE!! I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand BUYERS BEWARE!! I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit, that I purchased from Jeep Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus on February 1, 2020. T BUYERS BEWARE!! I purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit, that I purchased from Jeep Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus on February 1, 2020. The car was advertised as a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle that had undergone a “100-point” inspection. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, I was assured that it was checked entirely and ran without issue. After about 35 days of ownership, I had to bring my vehicle into the service center due to a loud grinding sound that came from engine bay when starting the car for the first time any given day. The car stayed with the service center for about 5 days. During its stay, the technician advised that he replaced one of the “Lifters” and assured that the car was “ready to go”. The next day, the rattle sound was still present and it was obvious that I needed to take my car for another service visit. I took my car into the service center for the second time and for the same reason. This time my car was there for about 3 days. I was advised that the “tension belt” was loose and a part needed to be replaced. After another day, I was told that the car was ready and could be picked up. I requested that they keep the car one extra day to see if the sound was truly gone. After a little hesitation on their part, they agreed. The following day, around mid-afternoon, I received a call that my car was ready and to come pick it up whenever I got the chance. However, on the following morning when I started my car, again the sound was present and unchanged. Soon after receiving my car back for the second time I took it back to the service center of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge of Paramus. My car was in their possession for 3 days, during this time I was advised that the bearing for the tension rod was replaced. I requested that they keep the car until the end of the day to start it up one more time, and ensure that the sound was no more. The next morning after receiving my car back for the third time, I started my car to begin my commute to work. Much to my surprise, the sound was present and unaffected by any of the dealerships repair attempts. I made a fourth appointment for my vehicle with the service center at Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge of Paramus. This visit, my car was in the service center for about 4 days. I did not receive any updates on my cars repairs for the first two days. On the third day, I received a call from Tony in the service center. I was surprised to hear him advise that the sound could not be heard and no work had been done on the car during the then 2 days it was in their possession. The current date is May 8, 2020 and I currently have an appointment to take my car into the service center at Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge of Paramus for a fifth time in only 3 month, for the same issue. All attempts at correspondence with anyone on the management team at Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge of Paramus have gone unanswered. I have attempted to reach out to Milton Rodriguez, Dean Redmond, Heather Curcio, Warren Talmo as well as my original salesperson Stanley Belice; and have gotten no response. I first attempted to get in touch with Ms. Healther Curcio on March 16, 2020 vius email. She had sent out a generic email when I made my first appointment for this vehivle on March 13, 2020 indicating that she was the Service Manager. I have also CC’ed her on all subsequent emails since that date. Ms. Curcio has been CC’ed on emails detailing my issue and my many failed attempts at correcting my issue, she has also received videos that show the reoccurring issue. Ms. Curcio has yet to ever respond to a single email. After leaving a review detailing my experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge of Paramus. Mr. Dean Redmond, who is listed at the dealership’s general manager, commented on my post asking me to email him with my concerns. I immediately emailed Mr. Redmond back with full details of my repeated issue and my many attempts to correct the issue. Mr. Redmond has never once responded to any of my correspondence. I was later advised by Ms. Marilyn Batres that Mr. Redmond had retired all of a sudden, only to later be told by a different staff member that he was very much still working. Ms. Marilyn Batres emailed me in response to one of my emails to my sales associate. She advised that she was an Internet Sales Liasion. She advised me that she would forward my concern to the appreciate channels. However, I later found out that she was simply forwarding my concerns to a generic customer service inbox and with no response ever being received by me. Ms. Batres later advised on April 13, to contact Milton Rodriguez, I did just that and after many failed attempts to get in touch with Mr. Rodriguez I obtained the phone number for Mr. Warren Talmo. After calling Mr. Talmo, he did not return my call but instead has Mr. Milton Rodriguez contact me asking how I got Mr. Talmo’s phone number, but did not address the issue with my vecihle. Mr. Rodriguez later advised me to either trade in the car and lose money (my vehicle purchase is less than 2.5 months old at this point) or apply for the Lemon Law. Service Technicians have admittedly heard the reoccurring sound, but are telling me that they cannot fix until it worsens. It is my belief that I am being ignored by the management of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge of Paramus in hopes that I will simply go away. More

Yesterday my family and I went to do the paper work and bring the car home! We got there at 9:30 am and left at 1 in the afternoon with no car. The salesmen all croud you when you're making a deal and they use intimidation to take your money. If you are smart and tell them to please leave, they all form a circle and talk bad about you. I felt like i was back in high school, purely pathetic. When they brought out the car from the back it looked used.I was getting a 2015 jeep renegade and the mirror was chipped, scratches all over the car, and black oil stains on the seats. If i am buying a new car it should be in its best condition. Presentation is everything and they did not reach that standard. Instead of helping us they started bullying and like i said before all of the salesmen came out to see the drama. Even the manager was giving us a hard time. We called another dealership and told them we were leaving and to rip up the contract. Instead of giving me a loner until another jeep came in they just let us walk out the door. There were also 10 Salesmen "helping" us, too many hands that lead to unorganisation. This is a terrible place and THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. They should all be ashamed of them selves. No excuses for bad people that scam the public to get their commission. Take pride in your work. The only person that knew what they were talking about was Manny Andujar. - Sara Ratowsky, an unhappy customer that found a better dealership More

They auto replied that they received my request within minutes and that someone would contact me shortly to discuss my request. No one ever reached out to me via phone or email. When i emailed the GM Dean Redmond as per the auto response for further assistance, i received an email reply from Marilyn, she stated that Dean was not in, and she could help me. Marilyn checked all the contact records and then stated to me that numerous attempts to reach me we're tried. She wanted to know why i was not still interested in purchasing an SRT, when i was only interested in purchasing a Laredo. I also left the GM, Dean Redmond phone messages, he never took my call, never returned my call. More

When I wante After declining the deal offered to me on a Jeep Wrangler and Jeep Liberty, I was told by salesperson Carlos that I was a waste of time. When I wanted my hold on the vehicles back, they gave me the run around for 6 weeks. When I finally received my money after 6 weeks, they made a mistake and gave back too much and then harassed me for a week before the money even showed in my account. Terrible experience. Bad customer service on every level including upper management (sales manager- Camillo and GM never involved until the very end and offered no apology of the experience). Do not buy from here.
