Your representative was professional and responsive. I so appreciated her extra efforts trying to determine the reason for my brake failure again within such a short time. I was kept informed and really appreciated her help not only with the technical end, but also my budget. The way service is supposed to be! Very recently bought my VW Golf and have never had experience with VW. So when I needed to go to dealer for a check engine light, I was worried to say Very recently bought my VW Golf and have never had experience with VW. So when I needed to go to dealer for a check engine light, I was worried to say the least "here we go...". But I had nothing to worry about, the customer service at Dirito Bros was top notch. I was taken care of quickly and professionally from start to finish. The service I received from everyone exceeded my expectations and was, in my opinion what customer service should always look like. The person who received my car on arrival was prompt and friendly, Marina in the Service Dept was an expert at her job; Very knowledgeable, friendly, professional and kept me informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the process. Can't tell you how much I appreciated how she put my worries at ease right from the start. A shuttle to me home AND picked me up when my cars repairs were finished. The person that arranged the shuttle for me was super accommodating, prompt and friendly as well. While I never met any of the repair technicians, they must be committed to delivering a superior customer service experience as well. My car was ready for pick up 24 hours ahead of the estimated repair time! In the end, Marina ensured that all applicable warranties were applied and I left the entire experience having a better day as a result of making the choice to take my vehicle into Dirito Bothers rather than anywhere else. That's the way service should be and I won't be going anywhere else in the future! I highly recommend this dealership. More
