While Dave from financing was following the rules for an out of town / state registration we found him to be condescending -Marino was working to ensure the process was smooth- it did not seem that way with Dave. To avoid future glitches finance should do a better job reviewing where a customer intends to register the car... and communicate to sales exactly which identification is required.
