Major dissatisfaction occurred when we wrote a check for the balance and asked that it not be deposited until Friday so funds would be in the account. We were promised this by the finance officer. They deposited our check on Wednesday and it bounced so we had a $25 NSF fee for the check and a bounced check on our credit record. Criswell did pay us the $25 fee but still can't help the credit issue. We would have gladly come back later to pick up the vehicle when the funds were there but relied on their finance officer's (untrustworthy) promise. More

After a few very negative experiences, we found a car we wanted for the price we wanted at Criswell through a manufacturer's website. We reached out via email and Mr. Adams responded quickly, which was par for him throughout the whole process. I don't think he ever spent more than an hour between receiving and answering our calls or emails. We explained our situation to Mr. Adams and he was completely upfront, honest, professional and accommodating. I can't emphasize enough what a relief it was to find Mr. Adams. He even delivered the car to our house and wore a mask during the whole transaction, explaining each step and document. I wish we had found this website and Mr. Adams before dealing with other dealerships, it would have saved us a lot of time and anxiety. More

My husband had spoken to Mario on the phone with questions about the car we were interested in and he was attentive without being pushy, he listened to what we wanted. He answered all of our questions truthfully and he put zero pressure on us. We drove 2 1/2 hours to see this car and a lot of our decision to drive that far was based on how Mario had treated us. We have NEVER had a better car buying experience than we had with Mario. Rob Flowers handled our finances and extended warranty. He was full of personality and answered all of our questions.
